Dr Bassam Gorgis was fascinated with real estate and a very early age. Walking through the city of new York he was always charmed by the high-rises and their magnificent personalities. It was then at the age of 10 he wanted to invest and become involved in Real Estate. His father sold a carpet for $1,800 of which provided him as loan. Then along with friends, Bassam applied for a bank loan, and at the age of nineteen bought his first rehab property in the city of Brooklyn on Kings Highway.

With his friends, he renovated the property and put it on the market in which immediately attracted a married couple as his first buyers. Since then, Mr. Gorgis was purchasing properties, renovating them, and selling them. However, he wanted more, the properties he renovated, did not have the proper elements in which he envisioned. Soon after, he began on building and constructing his dream.

“ I was always intrigued by building structures, and everywhere I went around the world the first thing to catch my eye was the detail in unique buildings and the infused elements in which made them modern and distinct regardless of their age” Mr. Bassam Gorgis, traveled the world and build upon his gifted talent in providing real estate for consumers. It was the American dream that I have catered to in providing housing for a place in which the local citizens to call home. On a business visit to the Middle East Bassam Gorgis saw the opportunity of implementing his gifted talent and decided to bring to the region his skills and formations and continued his passion in the art of Real Estate.

Being imaginative as he is, he created the first software program known as Triumph Real Estate to manage properties of which his clients include Donald Trump’s father, used in management of Trump Residential Properties, K. Hovnanian® Homes™ a nationally recognized homebuilder, Mr. Bassam Gorgis decided to come back to the Middle East and establish Tuscanny Builders. “ I always wanted to go back to my roots for a place in which I could call home, I always wanted to bring all of what I know and apply it in fulfilling the demands and the needs of my own people” Even though a native of Iraq he now considers Jordan as Home. As of today, Mr. Bassam Gorgis has provided housing for over 2000 families worldwide.

Not only is he actively involved with the housing industry, Mr. Gorgis has also developed commercial office buildings, hotels, retail centers, He plays a key role in the decision making process for housing communities in the usa and the region. His premanent negotiating skills and love for people have set his creations apart in this marketplace.
